Frequent 5 Reward Program Terms and Conditions. 

Effective 11/15/2019


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.  By participating in the Frequent 5 rewards program, you are bound by all of the following terms and conditions referenced below. If you do not agree to the terms, you may not participate in the Frequent 5 reward program. 
It’s $5 reserves the right to change, modify, or eliminate any portion of the rewards program at any time. If we make any changes to the rewards program, we will update our website frequent5.com with a new effective date. If you do not agree with any changes in the rewards program, you must stop participating in the program. 
  • Eligibility Requirements. You must be a United States resident (including residents of U.S. Territories) who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the Rewards Program. The Rewards Program is intended for personal use only. Each person needs to be a separate reward member. You may not share a reward membership with any other person. Current It’s $5 employees and contractors, and their immediate family members living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
  • Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and want to protect your personal information. The reason we utilize Facebook for login is actually so that we do not need to store any of your personal information to be able to offer you all that this program can provide you.   • Rewards Program Description.  The Rewards Program is a free customer loyalty program that allows participants to earn “Rewards Points” for purchases in the store.
  • Joining the Rewards Program. There are currently no membership fees associated with the Rewards Program. Below is a description of the process to join the program. Currently, you must have a facebook or gmail account to become a Frequent5 reward member. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  1. While making a purchase in the store, request a Frequent 5 reward card. 
  2. After making a purchase, a unique activation code will appear at the bottom of your receipt. 
  3. Go to www.Frequent5.com and type in the 6 digit code from the back of your Frequent 5 reward card. 
  4. Then, enter your unique activation code from the bottom of the receipt. 
  5. Start collecting your points with each purchase made!
  • Earning Reward Points.  Participants earn points by simply shopping in the store. Every $5 spent earns a point. The day of the week you shop, multiplies the score based on the chart below (e.g. Friday and Saturday is 1 point for $5, Monday and Thursdays you get 5 points for every $5 spent!)
  • Tier Points – Reset each month and give customers a better chance to get a fast pass.  Each member is assigned a Bonus Tier based on the Reward Points they have earned since the first of each respective month. This is referred to on your profile and receipt as Tier Points.  Tier Points reset each month on the 1st, whereas Reward Points continue to accumulate throughout the life of the membership.  We reset Tier Points monthly so that everyone gets a chance to “Tier Up” each month.  
  • Bonus Tiers – The three benefit levels that can be reached by accumulating monthly Tier Points.  Each Bonus Tier rewards members with bonus Reward Points based on the chart below and also dictates the amount of entries each member has in the weekly ‘Fast Pass’ drawings.  Fast Passes allow winners to enter the store before all other customers at one of the restock times. Bronze members get 1 entry, and Emerald Members receive 5 entries thus making them 5x more likely to win! (Gold members get 3 entries, Silver get 2 entries, and all other members get 1 entry) Once a specific tier is reached, the tier status lasts from the date it is reached until the last day of the following month.  For example, if the Gold Tier is reached on December 14, 2019, Gold Tier status is kept until 11:59PM PT on January 31, 2020. In the future, coupons and other rewards will also be handed out based on these bonus tiers. Specific tier benefits are only available to you while you are in the applicable tier and cannot be applied retroactively. In the event that you move down in tier levels, you will lose the benefits from the higher tier.  The three reward program tiers are silver, gold, and emerald. When participants are in the silver tier, they will earn 20% more points on purchases.  When participants are in the gold tier, they will earn 30% more points on purchases. When participants are in the emerald tier, they will earn 50% more points on purchases. 
  • Reward Points – Accumulate forever.  Reward points highlight the lifetime of purchases made at It’s $5 and make customers eligible for special discounts and coupons.  Participants earn points by simply shopping in the store. Every $5 spent earns a point The day of the week you spend, multiplies the score based on the chart below (e.g. Friday and Saturday is 1 point for $5, Monday and Thursdays you get 5 points for every $5 spent).  We are constantly updating our rewards program benefits, so please visit our rewards program page regularly to see current benefits. 
  • VOIDING ACCOUNTS. Without notice to you, It’s $5 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Rewards Program Account and/or your participation in the rewards program , if It’s $5 determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these rewards terms, you have more than one rewards program account, or that the use of your rewards program account or your participation in the Rewards Program is unauthorized, abusive, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. It’s $5 may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine rewards program accounts that appear to be duplicative.  Without notice to you, It’s $5 also reserves the right to “unregister” a rewards program account that is inactive and cause that rewards program account to be ineligible for the rewards program. An inactive rewards program account is defined as a rewards program account that has not earned rewards points for one year. In the event that your rewards program account is unregistered due to inactivity, then you will no longer be eligible for rewards program benefits.
